You need to scroll down the webpage to find the table. The main Cambridge qualifications are CPE = Certificate of Proficiency in English, CAE = Certificate in Advanced English, FCE = First Certificate in English. You can also find the table at:

http://www.ielts.org/library/IELTSMainSuiteComparisonsNqfCef-March04.pdf

This is the IELTS calculation of equivalent marks. Other institutions who have drawn up similar tables regarding 'equivalence of marks' do not have exactly the same levels. For example FCE is considered IELTS 6.0 rather than 5.5 by the Italian CRUI. As the above table is from the official IELTS site, and as their table is based on statistical data compiled by the IELTS organisation, I would take the IELTS table as your point of reference rather than other institutions.

Assessment To view the various descriptors used to assess the writing and speaking you can go to the teachers section of the IELTS website and view the descriptors by scrolling down to the bottom of the webpage given below and clicking on 'here' at the appropriate place.
